i would prefer if you don't mention current triggering events around me. i have been affected in very negative ways by this. and have trauma from hate and hateful actions directed towards my synagogue, my family, and other people whom im close with.
i have ADHD and suffer from severe anxiety, and major mental health issues
i tend to beocme reckless and not think straight when i'm angry, i'm trying to improve on that and become better as a person in general. (sometimes i might need my space, but i'd prefer a hug)
